The Community Pantry is very grateful to one of its newest partners, the Whitewater Community Garden, for providing the Shopping Pantry with fresh fruits and vegetables. This summer, shoppers have been able to pick up tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, blackberries, and even a few potatoes. The pantry is always interested in providing healthy food options for its shoppers.
We’re looking forward to the spring crop, grown and harvested with love!
Recipe of the Month
The Community Pantry is encouraging healthy eating!
Once a month, guests can pick up a Recipe of the Month Bag that includes an easy, healthy recipe and ALL the ingredients needed to prepare a delicious meal!
Guests also may pick up a free cookbook if they want to try their own new healthy recipes.
